通心络联合低分子肝素钙在不稳定型心绞痛治疗中的效果分析

目的观察通心络联合低分子肝素钙治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床效果。方法将不稳定型心绞痛患者60例随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。2组均予对症支持治疗,在此基础上对照组予低分子肝素钙治疗,观察组予通心络胶囊联合低分子肝素钙治疗。比较2组临床治疗效果。结果观察组心绞痛症状及心电图总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通心络联合低分子肝素钙治疗不稳定型心绞痛效果显著,安全可靠、方便、不良反应少。

Effect analysis of Tongxinluo combined with low molecular heparin calcium in treatment of unstable angina pectoris

Objective To observe the effect of Tongxinluo combined with low molecular heparin calcium in treatment of unstable angina pectoris. Methods 60 cases patients with unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 30 cases. Both groups were given suit support treatment, on this basis, control group were given the treatment of low molecular heparin calcium, and observation group were given the treatment of Tongxinluo combined with low molecular heparin calcium,compared the clinical effect of 2 groups. Results The total effective rate of angina symptoms and ECG in observation group were higher than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The efficacy of Tongxinluo capsule combined with low molecular heparin calcium in treatment of unstable angina pectoris is significant ,safety and reliability ,convenient, less adverse reaction ,worthy of clinical application.
