早期肠内营养在全胃切除术后患者中的效果观察

目的观察全胃切除术后患者早期肠内营养（EN）支持的临床效果。方法将76例全胃切除术后患者随机分为观察组和对照组各38例。观察组采用EN支持治疗，对照组采用肠外营养支持治疗。观察2组肠鸣音恢复时间、排便时间、进食时间和住院时间，并比较2组并发症发生情况。结果观察组肠鸣音恢复时间、排便时间、进食时间和住院时间均短于对照组，并发症发生率低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论全胃切除术后患者早期予EN支持效果显著，且经济、安全，值得临床推广应用。

Effect observation of early enteral nutrition in patient after total gastrectomy

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of early enteral nutrition in patients after total gastrectomy. Methods 76 case patient after gastrectomy were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 38 cases. Observation group received enteral nutrition, and control group used parenteral nutrition. Borborygmus recovery time, defecating time, eating time and hospital-stay time in the two groups were observed, and complications were compared between the two groups. Results Borborygmus recovery time, defecation time, eating time and hospital-stay time of observation group were shorter than those of control group, and the complication rate was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statisti- cally significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Early enteral nutrition to patient after total gastrectomy is effective, economical and safe, and worthy of clinical application.
