联合术治疗高度近视眼黄斑裂孔的疗效

目的探讨玻璃体切割手术联合内界膜剥除并C3F8填充术(联合术)对于治疗高度近视眼黄斑裂孔的方式及效果。方法对16例(16眼)黄斑裂孔视网膜脱离患者行玻璃体切割术联合内界膜剥除C3F8填充术,观察黄斑孔闭合情况。结果 15眼黄斑裂孔闭合,视网膜解剖复位。成功病例视力均有不同程度的提高。术后并发高眼压2例,眼底出血1例。未发生其他严重并发症。结论玻璃体切割术联合内界膜剥除C3F8填充术可以有效地提高黄斑裂孔复位率。

Therapeutic Effect of Combined Surgery in the Treatment of Macular Hole in High Myopia

Objective To investigate the mode and effect of operation of vitrectomy combined with internal limiting membrane peeling and C3F8 implantation as treatment of high myopia macular hole.Methods 16 cases(16 eyes)of macular hole retinal detachment were given vitrectomy combined with internal limiting membrane peeling C3F8 tamponade,and macular hole closure condition was observed.Results 15 eyes with macular hole were closed,retinal anatomic reattachment succeeded.Visual acuity increased in the successful cases by different degrees.Postoperative complications included 2 cases of high intraocular pressure and 1 case of retinal hemorrhage.No other severe complications occurred.Conclusion Vitrectomy combined with internal limiting membrane peeling C3F8 filling operation can effectively improve the macular hole reset rate.
