外伤性脾切除术后的护理探讨

目的探讨外伤性脾切除术后的临床护理方法。方法将40例外伤性脾切除术患者随机分为观察组和对照组各20例。对照组给予术后常规护理,观察组在对照组护理基础上加强舒适护理干预。观察2组伤口愈合及并发症发生情况,并比较2组护理满意度情况。结果2组均痊愈出院,未发生感染、压疮及血栓形成等并发症。观察组满意度为100％高于对照组的55％,差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论外伤性脾切除术后患者在常规护理基础上加强舒适护理,可明显提高患者的满意度,对患者康复有重要意义。

Nursing discussion after traumatic splenectomy

Objective To discuss the clinical nursing method after traumatic splenectomy. Methods 40 cases pa- tient after traumatic splenectomy were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 20 cases. Control group received routine postoperative care, observation group on the basis of control group received strengthening comfortable nursing intervention. Observed the wound healing and complications, and compared the patients satisfaction of 2 groups. Results All of the patients recovered and discharged with no infection, no pressure sore and no thrombosis. The patients satisfaction of observation group（ 100% ） was higher than that of control group（55% ） ,the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Enhance comfort care after traumatic splenectomy on the basis of intensive care, can significantly improve pa- tients＇ satisfaction, and meaningful to patients＇ rehabilitation.
