| 摘 要： | 目的]观察中医辨证理论预防与治疗中学女生痛经的疗效。方法]选取中学女生痛经患者7例,根据中医辨证的证候分型采用元胡止痛片治疗,每天2次,4片/次,口服。治疗疗程为4个月。结果]显效4例,好转2例,无效1例,总有效率85.71%。结论]使用中医辨证预防与治疗的方法对中学女生痛经进行治疗与预防疗效较好。

| Abstract: | Objective] To observe the prevention and treatment of TCM theory of middle school girls dysmenorrhea with.Methods] 7 patients selected high school girls dysmenorrhea,according to TCM syndrome typing using Yuanhuzhitong tablets treatment,2 times a day,4 tablets,oral.Treatment regimens for 4 months.Results] 4 cases were markedly effective,2 cases improved,1 cases are invalid,the total efficiency of 85.71%.Conclusion]The use of TCM treatment of girls at secondary dysmenorrhea treatment better. |
