摘    要:目的 检测冠心病患者可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)的变化,探讨其在冠心病发病机理、病情监测中的意义。方法 用酶联免疫吸附法检测50例急性心肌梗死(AMI)、50例不稳定性心绞痛(UA)、30例稳定性心绞痛(SA)、30例健康者血浆sICAM-1水平。结果 AMI、UA、SA患者sICAM-1水平均较正常对照组高,且三组间差异有显著性。AMI患者按心功能分组,各组间差异亦有显著性(P均<0.05)。结论 sICAM-1可能参与了冠心病的发病过程,它可作为病情监测的指标。

Soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 in coronary heart disease
Abstract:Objective To study the significance of intercellular adhesion molecule 1 (ICAM 1) in coronary heart disease (CHD) by measuring plasma soluble ICAM 1 (sICAM 1) level in patients of CHD. Methods The study groups included 50 cases of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) with in 24 hours after the onset, 50 unstable angina (UA) within 24 hours after the last episode, and 30 stable angina (SA); and the control group had 30 healthy subjects. Plasma level of sICAM 1 was measured by means of Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay. Results There were significant differences in plasma sICAM 1 among the four groups. It was higher in 3 patient groups than in control (all P <0.05); compared UA with SA, P <0.05; compared AMI with UA, P <0.01. There were also significant differences among different classes of cardiac performance according to Killip classification in AMI (all P <0.01).Conclusion sICAM 1 may involve in the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease, and it might be an available index for the severity of AMI.
