食管癌根治性放疗后手术治疗的探讨

目的探讨食管癌根治性放疗后患者的手术方法和围手术期处理。方法回顾性分析从1992年10月至2004年4月手术治疗的食管癌根治性放疗后复发患者64例，其中16例病人经右胸、上腹、颈部三切口手术，48例病人经右胸、上腹两切口手术。结果术后并发症发生率37．5％(24／64)，病死率3、1％(2／64)。结论食管癌根治性放疗后手术需严格把握手术适应证，并掌握正确的术前、术中、术后处理。

The discussion of surgical treatment of esophageal carcinoma after radical radiotherapy

Objective To evaluate surgical treatment for esophage al carcinoma after radical radiation the rapy.Methods From October 1992 to April 2004,64 patients of esophageal ca rcinoma after radical radiation therapy were received surgical treatment.In thes e patients,16 patients were received ope ration through triple incisions in the r ight thorax,superior belly and neck,48 p atients were received operation through two incisions through the right thorax a nd superior belly.Results The postoperative co mplication rate was 37.5%(24/64),the ope ration mortality was 3.1%(2/64).Conclusion Surgical indicati on should be strictly controlled,and the correct disposal should be applied in t he period of surgical treatment.
