针药并用治疗脑卒中后癫痫疗效观察

目的观察针药并用治疗脑卒中后癫痫的临床疗效。方法将40例脑卒中后癫痫患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组20例。治疗组采用针刺配合中药治疗,对照组采用单纯中药治疗。2个疗程后进行疗效分析。结果治疗组总有效率为95.0%,对照组为70.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后脑电图异常改善率为73.3%,对照组为35.7%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针药并用是一种治疗脑卒中后癫痫的有效方法。

Clinical Study on Acupuncture plus Chinese Medication for Post-stroke Epilepsy

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Chinese medication in treating post-stroke epilepsy. Method Forty patients with post-stroke epilepsy were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, 20 in each. The treatment group received acupuncture plus Chinese medication, and the control group only received Chinese medication. The therapeutic effect was analyzed after 2 treatment courses. Result The total effective rate was 95.0% in the treatment group versus 70.0% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the improvement rate of the electroencephalogram （EEG） was 73.3% in the treatment group versus 35.7% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture plus Chinese medication is an effective method in treating post-stroke epilepsy.
