| 摘 要： | 目的观察针刺四肢穴治疗抑郁症的临床疗效。方法将60例原发性抑郁症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用针刺四肢穴治疗,对照组采用药物治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为83.3%,对照组为86.7%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针刺四肢穴是一种治疗抑郁症的有效方法,与药物治疗疗效相当。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture at limb points on depression.Methods Sixty patients with primary depression were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups,30 cases each.The treatment group received acupuncture at limb points and the control group,medication.The clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Results The total efficacy rate was 83.3% in the treatment group and 86.7% in the control group;there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Acupuncture at limb points is an effective way to treat depression.Its therapeutic effect is comparable with that of medication. |
