调补心肾法针刺治疗中风后失语疗效观察

目的观察调补心肾法针刺治疗中风后失语的临床疗效。方法研究采用随机对照单盲法,将40例中风失语患者随机分为治疗组20例和对照组20例。治疗组采用调补心肾针刺疗法,对照组采用常规针刺疗法。分别于治疗前后应用汉语失语症检查法评价语言功能。结果治疗组治疗前后失语程度分级有统计学差异(P<0.01),其中3～4级的患者明显增加,治疗后两组失语程度分级有统计学差异(P<0.01),治疗组改善失语程度优于对照组。结论调补心肾法针刺能够有效改善中风失语患者的语言功能。

Therapeutic Observation on Post-stroke Aphasia Treated by Acupuncture Through Regulating-reinforcing Heart and Kidney

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture via regulating-reinforcing heart and kidney in treating post-stroke aphasia. Method The single-blinded randomized controlled method was adopted in this study, and forty patients with post-stroke aphasia were randomized into a treatment group of 20 cases and a control group of 20 cases. The treatment group was intervened by acupuncture through regulating-reinforcing heart and kidney, and the control group was by conventional acupuncture treatment. The Aphasia Battery of Chinese （ABC） was used to evaluate the speech function before and after treatments. Result The aphasia grading result was significantly different after treatment in the treatment group （P〈0.01）, manifested by markedly increased patients of grade 3 -4; after treatment, the two groups were significantly different from each other in comparing the aphasia grading result （P〈0.01）, indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the aphasia level. Conclusion The method of regulating-reinforcing heart and kidney works effectively in ameliorating the speech function of the patients with post-stroke aphasia.
