| 摘 要： | 目的观察针药并用治疗喉源性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法将84例喉源性咳嗽患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组42例。治疗组采用针灸配合中药治疗,对照组采用药物治疗,观察比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为95.2%,对照组为57.1%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针药并用是一种治疗喉源性咳嗽的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of integrated use of acupuncture and medication in treating laryngeal cough.Method Eighty-four patients with laryngeal cough were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,42 in each.The treatment group was managed by acupuncture-moxibustion plus Chinese medication,and the control group was by medication.The clinical effects of the two groups were evaluated.Result The total effective rate was 95.2% in the treatment group versus 57.1% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Integrated use of acupuncture and medication is an effective way in treating laryngeal cough. |
