电针推拿配合穴位贴敷治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效观察

目的观察电针、推拿配合穴位贴敷治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效。方法将142例患者随机分为针推组72例、西药组70例,针推组采用电针、推拿和穴位贴敷治疗,西药组采用青霉素钠、甲硝唑注射液静脉点滴,10 d为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后观察疗效。结果针推组总有效率为91.7%,西药组总有效率为77.1%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电针、推拿配合穴位贴敷治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效确切。

Therapeutic Observation on Electroacupuncture plus Tuina and Acupoint Sticking for Chronic Pelvic Inflammation

Objective To observe the clinical effect of electroacupuncture plus tuina and acupoint sticking in treating chronic pelvic inflammation. Method A hundred and forty-two patients were randomized into an acupuncture-tuina group of 72 cases and a Western medication group of 70 cases. The acupuncture-tuina group was treated by electrnacupuncture, tuina and acupoint sticking; the Western medication group was prescribed with penicillin sodium and metronidazole by intravenous injection, 10 d as a treatment course, and the clinical effects were observed after 2 treatment courses. Result The total effective rate was 91.7% in the acupuncture-tuina group versus 77.1% in the Western medication group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Electroacupuncture plus tuina and acupoint sticking is definitely effective in treating chronic pelvic inflammation.
