| 摘 要： | 目的观察子午流注纳子针法对哮喘患者呼气峰流量(PEF)及血清白介素-4(IL-4)的影响。方法将60例哮喘患者随机分为子午流注纳子针法组(观察组)和常规针法组(对照组),每组30例,治疗4个疗程。观察针刺前后PEF、IL-4的水平,并进行比较。结果两组针法对PEF的改善均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但观察组改善优于对照组;两组针法均能降低哮喘患者血清中IL-4的水平,此效应以前者尤为明显(P<0.01)。结论子午流注纳子针法能更好地改善哮喘患者的呼气峰流量及白介素-4的水平。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of midnight-noon ebb-flow acupuncture on the peak expiratory flow （PEF） and interleukin-4 （IL-4） in patients with asthma. Method Sixty patients were randomized into a group of midnight-noon ebb-flow acupuncture （observation group） and a conventional acupuncture group （control group）, 30 in each, to receive 4 treatment courses in total. The levels of PEF and IL-4 before and after acupuncture treatments were observed and compared. Result The improvements of PEF in the two groups were both statistically significant （P〈0.05）, but the improvement in the observation group was better than that in the control group; the two acupuncture methods both down-regulated the level of serum 1L-4 in asthma patients, and the effect of the former method was more significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Midnight-noon ebb-flow acupuncture can better improve the PEF and IL-4 levels in patients with asthma. |
