腧穴协同作用的研究与思考

针灸组方配穴是针灸临床疗效得以发挥的关键因素之一,近年来有关腧穴间配伍规律及协同效应的研究受到了越来越多的重视。该文通过探讨腧穴协同作用的概念,古代常用腧穴的配伍,腧穴配伍的临床应用和现代研究,并结合作者的相关研究,提出对今后腧穴协同作用研究的思考和展望,旨在进一步揭示腧穴间协同效应及选穴配伍的规律,以指导临床配穴,提高针灸临床疗效。

Study and Thinking of the Synergistic Effect of Acupuncture Points

Acupuncture point combination is one of key factors in producing a clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion. In recent years, more and more attention was paid to studies on regularities in acupoint combination and the synergistic effect of acupoints. The article explores the concept of the synergistic effect of acupoints, acupoint combinations used often in ancient times, and the clinical application and modem studies of acupoint combination. In combination with the authors＇ related studies, it proposes the thinking and prospects of the future study of the synergistic effect of acupoints to further reveal the synergistic effect of acupoints and regularities in acupoint combination, guide clinical acupoint combination and improve the clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion.
