| 摘 要： | 目的观察温针灸对寒湿凝滞型原发性痛经患者的疼痛积分的影响及临床疗效。方法温针灸气海、关元穴治疗寒湿凝滞型原发性痛经患者作为治疗组,以口服月月舒冲剂为对照组,采用疼痛评分及临床疗效来评定。结果两组临床疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组治疗前后积分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗后治疗组积分与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温针灸能有效治疗寒湿凝滞型原发性痛经。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of warm needling moxibustion on primary dysmenorrhea of cold-dampness stagnation type and its influence on the pain score. Method Patients with primary dysmenorrhea of cold-dampness stagnation type who received warm needling moxibustion at points Qihai （CV 6） and Guanyuan （CV 4） constituted a treatment group and those who took Yueyueshu soluble granules, a control group. The clinical therapeutic effects were evaluated using the pain score. Result There were statistically significant differences in clinical therapeutic effect （P〈0.05） and post-treatment score （P〈0.01） between the treatment and control groups. There was a statistically significant pre-/post-treatment difference in the score in both groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Warm needling moxibustion can effectively treat primary dysmenorrhea of cold-dampness stagnation type. |
