| 摘 要： | 目的观察针刺联合穴位贴敷治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的临床效果。方法将76例脾胃虚弱型CAG患者分入治疗组、对照组,每组38例。治疗组行针刺联合穴位贴敷治疗12星期,对照组行常规西药治疗12星期,以中医证候积分、有效率为疗效评价指标进行比较。结果治疗组在改善中医证候积分、有效率方面均优于对照组。结论针刺联合穴位贴敷治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎临床效果显著。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical effect of acupuncture plus acupoint sticking therapy in treating chronic atrophic gastritis （CAG） of spleen-stomach deficiency. Method Seventy-six patients with CAG of spleen-stomach deficiency were divided into a treatment group and a control group, 38 in each. The treatment group was intervened by acupuncture plus acupoint sticking for 12 weeks, and the control group was intervened by conventional Western medication for 12 weeks. The syndrome scoring system based on traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） and effective rate were adopted as the evaluation criteria of the therapeutic effects. Result The treatment group was better than the control group in improving the TCM syndrome score and in comparing the effective rate. Conclusion Acupuncture plus acupoint sticking can produce a significant clinical effect in treating CAG of spleen-stomach deficiency. |
