耳压配合药物治疗中风后焦虑症疗效观察

目的观察耳压配合药物治疗中风后焦虑症的临床疗效。方法将60例中风后焦虑症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。两组患者均进行基础针刺治疗,治疗组采用耳压配合口服盐酸氟西汀胶囊(百忧解)治疗,对照组采用单纯口服盐酸氟西汀胶囊(百忧解)治疗。根据汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)对患者的焦虑程度及改善状况进行评定,并将疗效和安全性作对比。结果治疗组总有效率为86.7%,对照组为80.0%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗后不良反应比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳压配合药物是一种治疗中风后焦虑症的有效方法。

Therapeutic Observation on Auricular Point Sticking plus Medication for Post-stroke Anxiety

Objective To study the clinical effect of auricular point sticking plus medication in treating post-stroke anxiety. Method Sixty patients with post-stroke anxiety were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, 30 in each. The patients in the two groups all received basic acupuncture treatment. In addition, the treatment group received auricular point sticking plus orally taking Prozac （fluoxetine）, and the control group was only prescribed with orally taking Prozac （fluoxetine）. The status of anxiety and improvement of the patients were evaluated by using the Hamilton Anxiety Scale （HAMA）, and the clinical effect and safety were compared. Result The total effective rate was 86.7% in the treatment group versus 80.0% in the control group, and the difference was insignificant （P〉0.05）. In comparing the adverse effects between the two groups, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Auricular point sticking plus medication is an effective approach in treating post-stroke anxiety.
