艾灸配合药物改善桥本氏甲状腺炎患者生活质量的观察

目的观察艾灸配合药物治疗对桥本氏甲状腺炎患者生活质量的改善作用。方法通过对灸药组(隔附子饼灸配合左甲状腺素钠片25 g/d)和西药组(左甲状腺素钠片25 g/d)组间对照及自身前后对照,比较临床症状计分、症状出现显著改善所需时间和眼征计分。结果灸药并用不仅在改善临床症状和眼征计分上优于单纯口服西药,而且在治疗时间上也有着很大的优势。结论应用艾灸配合口服左甲状腺素钠片治疗桥本氏甲状腺炎,可迅速改善患者临床症状,提高生活质量。

Observations on Improving the Quality of Life by Moxibustion plus Medication in Hashimoto's Thyroiditis Patients

Objective To investigate the improving effect of moxibustion plus medication on the quality of life in Hashimoto＇s thyroiditis patients. Method The clinical symptom scores, the times to improve the symptoms markedly and the eye sign scores were compared between a moxibustion plus drug group （aconite cake moxibustion plus levothyroxine sodium tablets 25 μg/d） and a Western drug group （levothyroxine sodium tablets 25μg/d）. A within-group pre-/post-treatment comparison was also made. Result Combined use of moxibustion and drug not only decreased the clinical symptom and eye sign scores more than oral administration of Western drug alone but also had a big advantage in shortening the time of treatment. Conclusion Moxibustion plus oral administration of levothyroxine sodium tablets can rapidly improve the clinical symptoms and the quality of life in the treatment of Hashimoto＇s thyroiditis patients
