| 摘 要： | 目的观察腕踝针治疗膝关节置换术后疼痛的临床疗效。方法将22例术后未行镇痛泵治疗膝关节置换患者随机分为治疗组10例和对照组12例。治疗组采用腕踝针针刺,对照组采用药物治疗。分别对两组进行观察及疗效比较。结果治疗组治疗后NVS评分、平均起效时间及持续缓解时间与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论腕踝针是一种治疗膝关节置换术后疼痛的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of wrist-ankle acupuncture on pain after knee replacement.Method Twenty-two patients who received treatment with an analgesia pump after knee replacement were randomly allocated to a treatment group of 10 cases and a control group of 12 cases.The treatment group received wrist-ankle acupuncture and the control group,medication.The therapeutic effects in the two groups were observed and compared.Result There were statistically significant differences in the NVS score,the average time to produce an effect and continuous remission time between the treatment and control groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Wrist-ankle acupuncture is an effective way to treat post knee replacement pain. |
