针药并用对多囊卵巢综合征患者胰岛素抵抗的影响

目的观察针药并用治疗多囊卵巢综合征患者(PCOS)的疗效及其对胰岛素抵抗(IR)的影响。方法将82例多囊卵巢综合征患者随机分为针药组与西药组,治疗24星期后观察其疗效及其对胰岛素抵抗的影响。结果西药组治疗后与治疗前相比,胰岛素抵抗指数(IRI)降低(P<0.05);针药组治疗后与治疗前相比,IRI、体重指数(BMI)、腰围均降低(P<0.05)。两组治疗后相比,针药组相对于西药组IRI及BMI降低(P<0.01)。两组临床疗效比较,针药组总有效率高于西药组(P<0.05)。结论针药并用治疗多囊卵巢综合征效果优于单纯西药治疗,且能降低患者的胰岛素抵抗。

Effect of Acupuncture plus Medication on Insulin Resistance in Patients with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture plus medication in treating polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS） and its effect on insulin resistance （IR）. Method Eighty-two patients with PCOS were randomized into an acupuncture- medication group and a Westem medication group. The therapeutic effect and the effect on IR were observed after 24-week treatment. Result In the Westem medication group, the IR index （IRI） declined significantly after treatment （P〈0.05）; in the acupuncture- medication group, the IRI, body mass index （BMI）, and waist circumference all declined significantly after treatment （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the IRI and BMI in the acupuncture-medication group were markedly lower than those in the Western medication group （P 〈 0.01）. In comparing the clinical effect, the total effective rate in the acupuncture-medication group was significantly higher than that in the Western medication group （P〈0.05）. Conelusion Acupuncture plus medication has better effect than Western medication in treating PCOS, and can reduce IR.
