| 摘 要： | 目的观察穴位埋线配合药物治疗外伤性癫痫的临床疗效。方法将60例外伤性癫痫患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用穴位埋线配合药物治疗,对照组采用单纯药物治疗。比较两组临床疗效及症状评分、发作频率、发作时间。结果治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组为70.0%;两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后症状评分、发作频率、发作持续时间均低于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论穴位埋线配合药物是一种治疗外伤性癫痫的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint thread embedding plus medication in treating traumatic epilepsy.Method Sixty patients with traumatic epilepsy were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,30 in each.The treatment group was managed by acupoint thread embedding plus medication,and the control group was by medication alone.The clinical efficacy and symptom score,attack frequency and duration were compared between the two groups.Result The total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group versus 70.0% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the treatment group was superior to the control group in comparing the symptom score,attack frequency and duration（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Acupoint thread embedding plus medication is an effective way in treating traumatic epilepsy. |
