耳穴贴压配合中药治疗咽鼓管功能障碍疗效观察

目的观察耳穴贴压配合中药治疗咽鼓管功能障碍的疗效。方法将60例咽鼓管功能障碍患者按就诊顺序随机分为耳穴贴压联合中药组（观察组）和中药组（对照组），并进行疗效比较。结果观察组治愈率和总有效率分别为53．3％和90．0％，对照组治愈率和总有效率分别为30．0％和76．7％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（尸〈0．01）。结论耳穴贴压联合中药治疗咽鼓管功能障碍效果优于单纯中药治疗。

Observations on the Efficacy of Auricular Point Plaster Therapy plus Chinese Herbal Medicine in Treating Eustachian Tube Dysfunction

Objective To investigate the efficacy of auricular point plaster therapy for eustachian tube dysfunction.Method Sixty patients with eustachian tube dysfunction were allocated,in order of visits,to an observation group(auricular point magnetic bead plaster therapy plus syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine) and a control group(syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine).The therapeutic effects were compared.Result The cure rate and the total efficacy rate were 53.3% and 90.0%,respectively,in the observation group and 30.0% and 76.7%,respectively,in the control group.There were statistically significant differences between the two groups.Conclusion Treatment based on auricular point magnetic bead plaster therapy plus syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is more effective than treatment based on syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine alone in treating eustachian tube dysfunction.
