| 摘 要： | 促性腺激素释放激素（gonadotropin—releasing hormone，GnRH）类似物治疗绝经前乳腺癌具有疗效好、停药后卵巢功能可恢复的特点，已取代手术和放疗成为治疗绝经前乳腺癌的一种主要治疗手段，现主要介绍GnRH类似物在乳腺癌内分泌治疗中的应用及其卵巢功能保护作用。

| Abstract: | The gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) analogues for the treatment of breast cancer has the characteristic of efficacy and menstruation recovery after treatment, which has replaced surgery and radiotherapy as a main treatment approach in the treatment of patients with premenopausal breast cancer. The effects of GnRH analogues on both the endocrine treatment of breast cancer and the protection of ovarian function are reviewed. |
