| 摘 要： | 目的观察腹针配合神阙灸治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法将170例慢性盆腔炎患者分为治疗组132例和对照组38例。治疗组采用腹针配合神阙灸治疗,对照组采用常规针刺治疗,对比两组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为95.5%,对照组为81.6%,两者比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论腹针配合神阙灸是一种治疗慢性盆腔炎的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of abdominal acupuncture plus moxibustion at Shenque(CV 8) for chronic pelvic inflammation.Method A total of 170 patients were divided into a treatment group of 132 cases and a control group of 38 cases.The treatment group was intervened by abdominal acupuncture plus moxibustion at Shenque(CV 8),and the control group was by ordinary acupuncture.The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Result The total effective rate was 95.5% in the treatment group versus 81.6% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Abdominal acupuncture plus moxibustion at Shenque(CV 8) is an effective way in treating chronic pelvic inflammation. |
