针刀速刺治疗腹型肥胖症疗效观察

目的观察针刀速刺治疗腹型肥胖症的临床疗效。方法将90例腹型肥胖症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组45例。治疗组采用针刀速刺治疗，对照组采用电针治疗。两组患者治疗2个疗程后比较疗效和各项肥胖指标。结果治疗组愈显率为71．1％，对照组为48．9％，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组患者治疗后各项肥胖指标较同组治疗前均有显著改善（均P〈0．05），治疗组治疗后在腰围、BMI、TC方面优于对照组（均P〈0．05）。结论针刀速刺是一种治疗腹型肥胖症的有效方法。

Clinical Study on Swift Puncturing with Needle-knife for Abdominal Obesity

Objective To observe the clinical effect of swift puncturing with needle-knife in treating abdominal obesity.Method Ninety patients with abdominal obesity were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,45 in each.The treatment group was managed by swift puncturing with needle-knife,and the control group was by electroacupuncture.After 2 treatment courses,the two groups were compared with each other in treatment effect and obesity indexes.Result The markedly effective and recovery rate was 71.1% in the treatment group versus 51.1% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The intra-group comparison of obesity indexes showed significant improvement after treatment in both groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the waistline,BMI,and TC in the treatment group were significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Swift puncturing with needle-knife is an effective approach in treating abdominal obesity.
