电针配合重灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

摘    要:目的观察电针配合重灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将60例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用电针配合重灸治疗,对照组采用单纯电针治疗,观察比较两组疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为96.7%,对照组为83.3%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。两组治疗后VAS评分均明显下降(P〈0.05),治疗组下降较对照组更明显(P〈0.05)。结论电针配合重灸是一种治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效方法。

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effect of electroacupuncture plus large-dose moxibustion in treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation(LIDH).Method Sixty patients with LIDH were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,30 in each.The treatment group was intervened by electroacupuncture plus large-dose moxibustion,and the control group only received electroacupuncture treatment.The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Result The total effective rate was 96.7% in the treatment group versus 83.3% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores were markedly different from that before the treatment in the same group(P<0.05),and the result in the treatment group was significantly superior to that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture plus large-dose moxibustion is an effective way in treating LIDH.
