腹针治疗快速性心律失常疗效观察

目的观察腹针治疗快速性心律失常临床疗效。方法将207例快速性心律失常患者随机分为治疗组104例和对照组103例。两组均按照常规给予基础药物治疗,治疗组采用腹针治疗,对照组采用非穴位针刺治疗。观察两组治疗前后心悸症状改善情况及患者心电图、动态心电图检查结果变化。结果治疗组室上性心动过速患者治疗后心率与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后心电图疗效及心悸症状即时缓解情况与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论腹针是一种治疗快速性心律失常的有效方法。

Observations on the Therapeutic Effect of Abdominal Acupuncture on Tachyarrhythmia

Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of abdominal acupuncture on tachyarrhythmia. Method Two hundred and seven tachyarrhythmia patients were randomly allocated to a treatment group of 104 cases and a control group of 103 cases. In addition to routine medication, the treatment group received abdominal acupuncture and the control group, non-point acupuncture. Palpitation and electrocardiographic and dynamic electrocardiographic findings were examined in the two groups before and after treatment. Result There was a statistically significant post-treatment difference in heart rate between the treatment group of supraventricular tachycardia patients and the control group （P〈 0.05）. There were also statistically significant post-treatment differences in electrocardiographic findings and immediate relief of palpitation between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Abdominal acupuncture is an effective way to treat tachyarrhythmia.
