| 摘 要： | 目的比较针刺配合温热足疗与口服西药治疗不安腿综合征(RLS)的疗效差异。方法将58例RLS患者随机分为针刺组与西药组。针刺组以针刺配以温热足疗治疗;西药组口服西药美多巴。结果针刺组总有效率明显优于西药组(P<0.05)。结论针刺配合温热足疗治疗RLS疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the efficacy of acupuncture plus warm pedicure with oral administration of Western drugs in treating restless leg syndrome （RLS）. Method Fifty-eight RLS patients were randomly allocated to acupuncture and Western drug groups. The acupuncture group was treated with acupuncture plus warm pedicure and the Western drug group, by oral administration of madopar. Result The total efficacy rate was significantly higher in the acupuncture group than in the Western drug group. Conclusion Acupuncture plus warm pedicure has a marked therapeutic effect on RLS. |
