卵巢肿瘤患者IL-6,CA125的测定

目的测定卵巢肿瘤患者血清IL-6，CA125水平，探讨其在卵巢瘤定性中的价值及其临床意义。方法抽取61例卵巢肿瘤患者血及17例腹水患者腹水，采用ELISA法及胶乳凝集法测定IL-6，CA125。结果IL-6对卵巢癌敏感性达80.9％，特异性77.3％，CA125，对卵巢癌敏感性达85.7％，特异性80.9％，上述两项指标联合检测，敏感性达95.2％，特异性73.9％，临床分期晚、组织分化低的卵巢癌患者血及腹水中IL-6，CA125水平明显升高，结论IL-6，CA125为卵巢肿瘤定性诊断的良好指标，而且联合监测对卵巢肿瘤定性诊断更有意义。

IL-6,CA125 Assay in Ovarian Tumor

Objective To determine the level of serum IL-6,CA 125 and explore the differential diagnostic value and clinical significance of the tumor markers in patients with ovarian tumor.Methods Using ELISA or Latex agglutination assay,serum and ascitic fluid IL-6,CA 125 61 cases of ovarian tumor are measured.Results Sensitivity and specificity of IL-6,CA 125 are 80.9%,77.3%,85.7%,80.9% respectively.Sensitivity and specificity of the combination of IL-6 and CA 125 are 95.2%,73.9%, respectively.The level of IL-6,CA 125 of serum and ascitic fluid in patients with advanced stage or lower histological differentiation are significantly higher than those in patients with early stage or higher histological differentiation.Conclusion IL-6,CA 125 are effective directors in the differential diagnosis of ovarian tumor,and combined assay of those parameters may be of great value in distinguishing ovarian benign tumor from malignant tumor.
