| Abstract: | Bronchial asthma is an airway inflammatory disease which many kinds of cells and cellular compo-nents are involved in. It is characterized by airway inflammation, airway remodeling and airway hyperresponsiveness. However, the pathogenesis of bronchial asthma is very complex. Therefore in this paper, the important roles of Lyn ki-nase and endoplasmic reticulum stress in the pathogenesis of bronchial asthma are reviewed. |
