阿托伐他汀对急性冠脉综合征患者血清高敏C反应蛋白和妊娠相关蛋白-A水平的影响

摘    要:目的 探讨阿托伐他汀对急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者血清高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和妊娠相关蛋白-A (PAPP-A)水平的影响.方法 选择2014年1月至2015年1月我院心内科收治的80例ACS患者,随机将其分为高剂量组与低剂量组,每组40例,分别予阿托伐他汀40 mg/d及20 mg/d治疗,同时选择健康体检者40例及稳定性心绞痛(SAP)患者40例分别纳入对照组及SAP组,比较不同组别研究对象的血清hs-CRP及PAPP-A的水平.结果 ACS组患者的血清hs-CRP与PAPP-A水平均较SAP组与对照组明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,高剂量及低剂量组ACS患者血清hs-CRP、PAPP-A水平均较治疗前明显下降,且高剂量组下降比低剂量组更明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 急性冠脉综合征患者血清hs-CRP与PAPP-A水平明显增高,阿托伐他汀治疗ACS可有效抑制炎症反应,且此效应与剂量有关.

Effect of atorvastatin on serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and pregnancy-associated plasma protein-A in patients with acute coronary syndrome
Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of atorvastatin on serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and pregnancy associated plasma protein-A (PAPP-A) in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS). Methods Eighty patients with ACS (ACS group) treated in Department of Cardiology in our hospital from Jan. 2014 to Jan. 2015 were randomly divided into high-dose group and low-dose group (each group with 40 patients), which were given atorvastatin 40 mg/d and 20 mg/d. Forty healthy people and 40 patients with stable angina pectoris (SAP) were in-cluded into the control group and SAP group. The serum hs-CRP and PAPP-A were compared. Results The serum hs-CRP and PAPP-A level in ACS group was significantly increased compared with SAP group and control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum hs-CRP, PAPP-A levels in high-dose group and low-dose group were significantly de-creased than those before treatment, and the levels in high-dose group were significantly lower than the low-dose group (P<0.05). Conclusion The serum hs-CRP and PAPP-A levels in patients with acute coronary syndrome are significant-ly increased. Atorvastatin therapy can effectively inhibit the inflammatory response, and this effect is of dose-dependent.
