FOXJ1在胃癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理特征和预后的相关性

目的 观察FOXJ1在胃癌组织中的表达水平,探讨其与患者的临床病理特征和预后的相关性,为胃癌的诊断和治疗提供参考.方法 选取2010年3月至2012年6月在我院就诊并进行手术切除的胃癌患者86例,采用免疫组织化学法检测FOXJ1在胃癌组织和癌旁组织中的表达水平,并统计分析FOXJ1在胃癌组织中的表达水平与临床病理特征和预后的相关性.结果 胃癌组织免疫组化结果显示FOXJ1表达阳性率(48.84%)低于癌旁组织(94.19%),两者比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);TNM分期(Ⅲ+Ⅳ)期、浸润深度(T3+T4)、有淋巴结转移、有远处转移的患者FOXJ1表达阳性率降低(P<0.05);FOXJ1表达阴性患者3年后病死率明显高于阳性患者,两者比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 胃癌组织中FOXJ1表达水平降低,TNM分期越高、浸润深度越深、有淋巴结转移、有远处转移的患者FOXJ1表达水平更低,FOXJ1表达阴阳性患者3年病死率高于阳性患者.

Expression level of FOXJ1 in gastric cancer and its correlation with clinicopathological features and prognosis

Objective To discuss the expression level of FOXJ1 in gastric cancer and its correlation with clinicopathological features and prognosis, and provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer. Methods Eighty-six patients with gastric cancer who were given surgical resection from March 2010 to June 2012 in our hospital were selected. The expression level of FOXJ1 in gastric cancer tissues and adjacent tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry, and the correlation of the expression level of FOXJ1 in gastric cancer with clinical pathological features and prognosis were statistically analyzed. Results The positive expression rate of FOXJ1 in gastric cancer tis-sues (48.84%) was significantly lower than that in the adjacent tissues (94.19%), and the difference was statistically sig-nificant (P<0.05). Patients with higher TNM staging (Ⅲ+Ⅳ), deeper depth of invasion (T3+T4), lymph node metastasis, and distant metastasis tended to have lower positive expression rate of FOXJ1 (P<0.05). The 3-year mortality rate of pa-tients with negative FOXJ1 expression was significantly higher than that of patients with positive FOXJ1 expression (P<0.05). Conclusion The expression level of FOXJ1 in gastric cancer tissues decreases. Higher TNM staging, deeper depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis, and distant metastasis results in lower expression level of FOXJ1. Patients with negative FOXJ1 expression had higher 3-year mortality rate than those with positive FOXJ1 expression.
