HPLC法同时测定杞蓉片中淫羊藿苷和金丝桃苷的含量

目的建立同时测定杞蓉片中淫羊藿苷和金丝桃苷含量的方法。方法采用HPLC法。色谱柱为Diamonsil ODS柱(4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-体积分数为0.1%磷酸-四氢呋喃(体积比20∶80∶12),流速为1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长270 nm,柱温30℃。结果淫羊藿苷质量浓度在2.5~25.0 mg.L-1内、金丝桃苷质量浓度在2.0~20.0 mg.L-1内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数分别为0.999 8和0.999 5;平均回收率分别为100.8%(RSD=1.4%)和97.9%(RSD=1.1%)。结论本方法简便、快捷,结果准确,重复性好,可作为杞蓉片的质量控制方法之一。

Simultaneous determination of the contents of icariin and hyperoside in Qirong tablets by HPLC

Objective To establish an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of icariin and hyperoside in Qirong（traditional Chinese medicine） tablets. Methods The chromatographic method was carried out on a Diamonsil C18 column (200 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with acetonitrile- 0.1%phosphoric acid-tetrahydrofuran (V∶V∶V=20∶80∶12) as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1 and column temperature was 30 ℃. The detection was set at the wavelength of 270 nm. Results The calibration curve was linear within the range of 2.5-25.0 mg·L^-1 (r = 0.999 8) for icariin and 2.0-20.0 mg·L^-1 (r = 0.999 5) for hyperoside, the average recoveries were 100.8 % (RSD = 1.4%) for icariin and 97.9 % (RSD = 1.1%) for hyperoside. Conclusions The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, which can be used for the quality control of Qirong tablets.
