手背远端静脉逆向穿刺的临床应用

目的 提高手背远端静脉穿刺成功率和输注成功率，减少病人痛苦，做到计划性使用血管。方法 选择手背远端静脉，由近心端向远心端穿刺。通过运用手背远端静脉逆向穿刺方法与传统顺向穿刺方法，比较两穿刺成功率、输注成功率、局部疼痛情况。结果 逆向穿刺方法的一次穿刺成功率、输注成功率均明显高于顺向穿刺方法，逆向穿刺法局部疼痛明显少于顺向穿刺法，减少了病人的痛苦。

Clinical use of Retrograde Puncture in Distal Dorsal Superficial Vein of Hand

The distal dorsal superficial vein of hand is the most common site for intravenous infusion.Retrograde puncturing of the vein with a proper angle renders it easier to fix the needle,thus facilitating the infusion procedure. This technique is less painful than the orthodromic one.
