摘    要:目的 探讨脑室内出血后凝血酶对脑室周围组织是否存在毒性损伤作用。方法 将凝血酶溶液注入鼠脑室内后,测定基底节与丘脑区域的脑血流量、血脑屏障通透性,另外,将鼠脑细胞置入含有凝血酶的培养液中培养,测定培养液中孔酸脱氢酶的浓度。结果 凝血酶导致血脑屏障的破坏与脑细胞死亡,而对脑血流量没有明显影响。结论 脑室内出血后,凝血酶对脑室周围组织存在性损伤,血脑屏障的破坏与细胞毒性作用可能是这一损伤的主要病理机制

Abstract:Objective\ Periventricular tissue damage from thrombin following intraventricular hemorrhage was investigated. Methods\ Solutions of thrombin, an essential component in the coagulation cascade, were infused into the ventricle of rats, then, the local cerebral blood flow and blood brain barrier permeability in the area of basal ganglia and thalamus were measured. In separate experiments neuron cells were exposed to thrombin, and lactate dehydrogenase release, a marker of cell death, was determined. Results\ The thrombin induced blood brain barrier disruption as well as death of parenchymal cells, whereas cerebral blood flow was not altered. Conclusion\ Following intraventricular hemorrhage, periventricular tissues suffer damage from thrombin and blood brain barrier disruption and cell toxicity may elicit the pathological mechanisms.
