两种痴呆模型鼠脑组织超微结构观察

摘    要:目的:通过对两种方法制备的SD大鼠痴呆模型脑组织超微结构观察,探讨损伤性痴呆模型大鼠脑组织超微结构变化。方法:分别用海人酸破坏脑基底核和电流刺激法制作两种大鼠痴呆模型,并对两种模型的脑组织超微结构进行了观察。结果:二种方法均可致神经细胞、神经胶质细胞浆内线粒体数目减少,嵴断裂或消失,部分线粒体呈空泡状。高尔基氏体增多,呈囊泡状,内质网稀疏并有核糖体脱失,胞浆内脂褐素增多。结论:脑神经细胞的退行性变是痴呆模型的病变基础。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the ultrastructure changes of damaged dementia SD rats animal models.Methods:Destroyed basal nuclei by kainic acid and electric stimulate method have established two animal dementia model and observed the ultrastmcture of brain tissue of the models by electro microscope.Results:Two methods can destroyed cell organs of nerve cells and neuroglial cells. Changes are mainly on mitochondria and cell organs. Conclusions:Degeneration of nerve cells was the pathologic basement of animal dementia model.
