| Abstract: | Establishing the tutor assessment system has important and practical significance for enhancing the quality of tutors＇ team, improving the educational quality and management level in medical colleges. This article first analyzes the necessity of the tutor assessment system in medical colleges, then briefs the basic principles of establishing the said system, also discusses the difficulties and main problems during the project implementation. |
