X线导向下门诊病人经皮细针肺穿刺抽吸活检

目的:对门诊作经皮穿刺抽吸肺活检的安全性进行探讨。材料与方法:对16例肺部结节性病变的门诊病人在电视透视下经皮穿刺抽吸肺活检,全部病例均经细胞学明确诊断。结果:16例病例诊断分别为肺鳞状上皮细胞癌8例、肺腺癌4例、肿瘤坏死组织1例、肺炎1例、假阴性1例,阴性1例。仅1例因术中咳嗽,术后出现少量气胸。结论:在门诊开展经皮细针穿刺抽吸肺活检是一种简便、安全、经济有效的检查方法,基层医院尤为适用。

X-ray Guided Percutaneous Lung Biopsy in Outpatients with Lung nodular Diseases

Purpose: To investigate the security of X-ray guided fine needle lung biopsy in outpatients.Materials and Methods:Percutaneous lung biopsy was performed in 16 outpatients with lung nodular diseases under the guidance of X-ray lead with fine needle,and diagnosed by cytology.Results:Among 16 cases of lung nodular diseases,squamous cell cancer of lung in 8 cases,adenocarcinoma of lung in 4,Neoplasm necrotic tissue in 1,pneumonia in 1,false negative in 1,Negative in 1.Only a small quantity of peneumothorax in 1 case caused by cough during biopsy.Conclusion:X-ray guided fine needle lung biopsy in outpatients with lung nodular diseases is simple,safe,economic,effective,and suitable for primary level hospitals especially.
