肺门CT形态的研究

笔者通过对照６例正常人肺横断面标本，分析了５０例正常肺门的ＣＴ表现，研究结果表明双侧上肺静脉和左上叶前段肺动脉起始部位的变异，与两肺门上部ＣＴ形态有关，上叶后段肺静脉可分为中央静脉、半中央静脉和无中央静脉型。右肺门上部中央静脉型占８０％、半中央静脉型占１６％、无中央静脉型为４％。左肺门上部，中央静脉型占１６％，半中央静脉型和无中央静脉型分别是７６％和８％。左上叶前段肺动脉发自低位的占１８％，发自高位的占８２％。

CT Study of Pulmonary Hilum

The CT features of pulmonary hilum in 50 normal subjects were analyzed and corre-lated with cross-sectional anatory of 6 normal lung specimens. The results showed that the CT ap-pearance of upper parts of the hilum was related to variations of both superior pulmonary veins and the origin of anterior segmental pulmonary artery of the left upper lobe. According to the CT manifesta-tions, the posterior segmental veins of the upper lobes might be classified as the central vein type se-mi-central vein and that devoid of central vein accounting for 80%, 16%and 4%respectively of the right upper hilum and l6%, 76%and 8%on the left side. The anterior segment artery of the left up-per lobe had a low origin in l8%and high origin in 82%.
