CT导引下肌肉骨胳活检

报告５１例ＣＴ导引下肌肉骨胳活检，其中３７例是骨胳系统活检，１４例是肌肉系统活检。活检正确率为９０．２％，假阴性９．８％。为了提高活检正确率需：（１）选择好最佳穿刺层面，穿刺点正确，多点穿刺；（２）骨钻针、切割针和／或抽吸法联合应用；（３）穿刺标本检查包括肿瘤细胞、细菌和具菌；（４）放射科和病理科之间密切的配合。本组未出现严重并发症。对ＣＴ导引下穿刺活检方法、适应证和其优点进行了讨论。ＣＴ寻引下肌肉骨胳活检是一种安全，有效的诊断和鉴别诊断方法。

Musculoskelctal Biopsy under CT Guidance

The authors reported the results of musculoskeletal biopsy in 51 cases performed un-der CT guidance,Of the 51 patients,biopsy of skeletal system was performed in 37 cases and muscular system in 14 cases.The accurdcy of biopsy was 90.2%, false-negative result 9.8%, In order to improve the accuracy of biopsy attention should be paid to:(1)choose the best cross-section,accurate location of biopsy,and multiple punctures(2)combination of drilling needle,cutting needle and / or aspiration;(3) correct specimen examination including tumor cell, bacteria and fungus;(4)close cooperation bet-ween the radiology and pathology departments.No severe complications were observed in this series. The method technique,indications,and the advantages of this technique were discussed. The authors were of the opinion that CT-guided musculoskeletal biopsy is a safe and effective method for diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
