绝经后中老年女性骨质疏松症患者健康教育效果评价

目的：调查医院健康教育对绝经后中老年女性骨质疏松症患者健康知识的知晓率、生活方式的影响。方法：选取在本院门诊就诊的120例患者进行相关知识和不良生活方式情况评估,采用多方式进行综合健康教育,分别在干预前和干预后6个月发放调查问卷进行统计学处理,分析其改变情况。结果：干预后患者对骨质疏松的危害、危险因素、科学饮食,防治措施等几项知识问卷知晓率明显高于教育前（P〈0.01）。干预后在生活方式和习惯改变方面与干预前相比,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：对患者实施健康教育,可以提高疾病相关知识知晓率,促进其建立健康的生活方式,提高患者的生活质量。

Evaluation on the effect of postmenopausal middle-old aged osteoporosis omen's health education

Objective To investigate health education＇s effect on the awareness rate of related knowledge and life style of postmenopausal middle--old aged osteoporosis women. Methods After evaluating related knowledge and the unhealthy life style of 120 outpatients in our hospital and adopting several ways of health education,questionaire survey was conducted before intervention and after six--month intervention,then the changes were analyzed. Results Questionaire survey showed that after intervention the outpatients＇ awareness about hazards, risk factors,scientific dieting, and prevention was significantly higher than before intervention （P〈0. 01）. The difference on life style and changes of habit was of statistical significance （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Health education could increase people＇ s awareness about related knowledge, help them establish healthy life style, and improve their abilities of self- management and cooperation with therapy,thus improve their quality of life.
