乳腺癌表皮生长因子受体,雌激素受体,孕激素受体的表达及其意义

应用免疫组化ＡＢＣ法，对１００例乳腺癌的表皮生长因子受体（ＥＧＦＲ），ＥＲ及ＰｇＲ进行了检测。结果显示：ＥＧＦＲ阳性３４例，ＥＲ阳性６１例，其中３项均阳性者５例，ＥＲ与ＥＧＦＲ，ＰｇＲ与ＥＧＦＲ阳性者各８例，结果说明乳腺癌中ＥＧＦＲ阳性率高于良性乳腺肿瘤，差异显著（Ｐ〈０．０１）。

Expressions of epidermal growth factor, estrogen and progestogen receptors in human breast cancers and thelr significance

The ABC immunohistochemical method was performed on 100 cases of human breast cancers to detect receptors (R) of epidermal growth factor (EGF), estrogen (E) and progestogen (Pg). The results showed that there were 34 EGFR-, 61 ER- and 30 PgR - positive cases among all cancers examined. In the EGFR - positive cases, there were 5 ER - and PgR - positive cases, 8 ER - and 8 PgR - positive cases. The results suggested that there be (1) a significant difference (p<0. 01) in EGFR - positive rate between the malignant and benign breast tumors (control group), (2) a significant negative correlation between the expressions of EGFR and ER (p<0. 05)in breast cancer , (3) the ER - positive rate correlated with the patients'status of menopause (p<0. 05), and (4)a certain difference in EGFR - positive rate in different subgroups of human breast cancers. It is concluded that ER is a predictor showing well - differentiated carcinoma with relatively good prognosis, but EGFR, an inverse above predictor.
