| 摘 要： | 在研究S2增效谱的基础上,选取S2与硫丹、二溴磷复配研制成——溴丹乳油。经室内毒力测定其对家蝇的共毒系数(CTC)为350.5:对抗溴氰菊酯的家蝇CTC为254.0。增效作用显著,该剂对家蝇击倒快,KT50为4.18分,现场应用对蚊蝇20分钟杀灭率在90％以上,联合毒性为相加作用而不增毒,毒性及成本分别低于硫丹的1/5和1/2,具有使用经济、有效、安全的特点。

| Abstract: | On the basis of stuciing synergistic spectrum of S2.Mixed insecticides Xiudan EC is preparated by selecting and mixing S2 with Endosulfan and Naled.The results of the co-toxicity coefficient (CTC) or. Musea domestics is 350.5,and on Decis-Resistance Musca domestica if 254. 0, by the toxicities determined from laboratory. The synergism is remarkable. It is faster to knock Musca domestica down,the KT50 is 4. 36 minutes. The results of the rate of killing fiies and mosuqitoes in 20 minutes is above 90% form the scene test.The joint toxicity of the mixted insecticides is additional and without mcueasing is toxicity. Its toxicity and cost are lower than 1/5 and 1/2 of Endosulie's separately. The characteristics of the mixied insectides are safe.economicaland excellently effective. |
