^99mTc—MIBI心肌断层显像潘生丁试验对缺血性心脏病诊断的评价

EVALUATION OF THE DIAGNOSIS OF ISCHEMIC HEART DISEASE BY~(99m)TC-MIBI MYOCARDIAL TOMOGRAPHIC IMAGING AFTER PERSANTIN TEST

This paper reports 99m Tc-MIBI myocardial perfusion images of 40 cases of coronary artery disease (CAD) and 32 cases of normal subjects during persantin test and in rest by using single photon emission computered tomography (SPECT). The extent and severe scores in ischemic and infarcted area could be significantly evaluation by this myocardial tomographic imaging. Its sensitivity was 92.5% and specificity was 87.5% for diagnosis of CAD. Some patients of early CAD showed ischemic during stress test but they recovered normality in rest. Some patients of myocardial infarction and serious ischemic did not recover normality in rest.In the meantime some of the patients showed enlargement of left ventricle.
