摘    要:丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)在哺乳动物细胞多种信号转导通路中起重要作用,p38MAPK作为其成员之一,可以调节细胞的多种生物学反应,在2型糖尿病胰岛素分泌和胰岛素抵抗发病机制中有重要的作用。p38δ-蛋白激酶D通路综合调节胰岛素分泌能力和胰腺β细胞的存活,p38 MAPK信号通路通过炎性因子、游离脂肪酸、氧化应激等对脂肪、骨骼肌作用,参与胰岛素抵抗。

Abstract:Mitogen-activated protein kinase,is widely expressed in mammalian cells,which plays an important role in a variety of signal transduction pathways.p38 is one member of the MAPkinase family,can adjust the biological reaction of cells,as well as plays an important role in the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes on insulin secretion and insulin resistance.The p38δ fine-tunes protein kinase D-mediated insulin secretion pathway integrates regulation of the insulin secretory capacity and survival of pancreatic β cells,p38 MAPK signaling pathways participate in insulin resistance through inflammatory factors,free fatty acids,oxidative stress in fat and skeletal muscle cells.
