| 摘 要： | 大麻二酚是非生理依赖性成分，不具有大麻的成瘾性，可被有选择地应用于晚期癌症。大麻二酚对癌细胞有抑制作用，是一种具有良好前景的新型抗肿瘤药物。综述了大麻二酚调控癌细胞凋亡、抑制癌细胞增殖、减轻癌细胞侵袭性的抗肿瘤作用机制，为大麻二酚的抗肿瘤研究提供参考。

| Abstract: | Cannabidiol is a non-physiologically dependent component, have no addiction of cannabis, and can be selectively used in treatment of advanced cancer. Cannabidiol has an inhibitory effect on cancer cells and is a promising new antitumor drug. This article reviews the anti-tumor mechanism of cannabidiol in regulating the apoptosis of various cancer cells, inhibiting the proliferation of cancer cells, and reducing the aggressiveness of cancer cells, in order to provide reference for the anti-tumor research of cannabidiol. |
