| 摘 要： | 腹腔镜直肠癌根治术已在临床上受到广泛认可。在术中对于手术层面的识别非常的重要,正确的层次识别有利于间隙的游离、盆腔自主神经的保护,其对于手术成功与否以及患者术后生活质量尤为重要。术中需注意直肠系膜与神经前筋膜之间游离,紧贴直肠系膜游离间隙保证直肠系膜的完整,以及实现肿瘤的根治性切除。

| Abstract: | Laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer has been widely recognized in clinical practice.It is very important to identify the surgical plane during the operation.Correct identification of fascia plane is conducive to the dissection and the protection of pelvic autonomic nerve,which is particularly important for the success of the operation and the quality of life of patients after operation.During the operation,it is necessary to pay attention to the dissection between the mesorectum and the anterior nerve fascia,to ensure the integrity of the mesorectum,and to achieve radical resection of the tumor. |
