| 摘 要： | 目的：采用计划行动理论框架分析我国农村居民就医行为的影响因素。方法：利用第四次国家卫生服务调查数据，使用描述性统计分析、Logistics回归及交互项分析，建立就医行为的影响因素模型。结果：农村患者就医行为受到疾病归因因素、求医经验规范因素和结构制约因素影响，不同社会经济地位的人的就诊行为受上述因素影响的程度不同。结论：我国农村地区居民的卫生服务需求出现分化，需要针对不同群体的差异化需求合理配置医疗资源。
