医用纳米羟基磷灰石/聚酰胺66复合生物材料研究现状及进展

摘    要:医用纳米羟基磷灰石/聚酰胺66(n-HA/PA66)复合生物活性材料是近年来广泛应用的骨替代材料。n-HA/PA66复合生物活性材料同时具有生物活性、生物相容性、骨生成、骨诱导性,并且其综合力学性能与自然骨的力学性能匹配,能满足临床硬组织修复要求等优点。目前n-HA/PA66复合生物活性材料在颈椎前路、腰椎前路、椎板阙如重建、四肢良性肿瘤等手术中应用,均取得了良好的效果。根据n-HA/PA66复合生物活性材料特性及现有的应用效果,其将会有非常广泛的应用前景。

Abstract:Recently,nano-hydroxyapatite/polyamide66 composite has been used widely as a bone replacement.It has the bioactivity,biocompatibility,osteogenesis and osteoinductivity and can be matched with the natural bone in the comprehensive mechanical properties.Now,the nano-hydroxyapatite/polyamide66 composite which has been used in the operations of the anterior cervical,the anterior lumbar,the lamina reconstruction without the lamina and the limb benign tumors shows a good result.According to the nano-hydroxyapatite/polyamide66 composite features and the application effect,it′s predicted to have an extensive applications.
