激光光凝治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的临床疗效观察

目的分析探讨激光光凝治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效。方法回顾性分析2010年1月至2011年1月在我院治疗的52例糖尿病视网膜病变患者的临床资料。52例(104只眼)糖尿病性视网膜病变患者行激光光凝治疗后,定期观察视力,进行眼底及荧光素眼底血管造影检查,记录眼底新生血管、视网膜出血渗出、玻璃体积血等情况,观察1～12个月。结果光凝后,显效48眼(46.15%),有效41眼(39.42%),总有效率达85.57%,无效15眼(14.42%)。1～12个月后发生黄斑水肿者5眼,玻璃体积血6眼,经相应治疗后痊愈,无患者出现视网膜剥脱或青光眼。结论激光光凝术治疗糖尿病视网膜病变,可以提高患者的视力,减少视力的丧失机会,是一项安全、有效的治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的方法。

Therapeutic Efficacy of Retinal Photocoagulation for Diabetic Retinopathy

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of laser photocoagulation treatment of diabetic retinopathy treatment.Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data of 52 patients with diabetic retinopathy who were admitted in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2011 was conducted.Regular observation of visual acuity,fundus,and fundus fluorescein angiography were done,and new blood vessels,retinal hemorrhage exudation,glass volume of blood,etc.were recorded of the 52 cases(104 eyes)of diabetic retinopathy,who received laser photocoagulation through the line of treatment,for 1-12 months.Results After treatment,48 cases were excellence(46.15%),41 cases were valid(39.42%),15 cases(14.42%)were ineffective,total effective rate was 85.57%.All cases got the follow-up survey for 1to12 monhts,5 cases exhibited macular edema and 6 cases exhibited vitreous hemorrhage,all of which were healed after suitable treatments were given,no detachment of retina or glaucoma occured.Conclusion Retinal photocoagulation for diabetic retinopathy can effectively prevent the further development of the disease and can save the patient′s vision to improve the quality of life,which is considered to be a safe and effective treatment for diabetic retinopathy.
